In case of refund issue, please consider some cases here:
- The refund amount could be issued depends on the specific situation as the quality of services or other unexpected factors. So, we will verify customer problem for refund request and then we will send back our clear response in the next few days.
- If a customer simply asks for a refund which not come from our side, we are willing to issue the refund with a small fee.
